Tracking is inaccurate and shipping times long. It’s economical. There should be an option for expedited shipping for those who want that service. Simply pass that cost onto the customer ($200 isn’t much if you’re spending $850 on playpen and mat). 3) response time to my email regarding tracking was very prompt and helpful. Great customer service. 4) packaging was good, not great. The mat was rolled up and the ends are still not flat as a result (probably no easy solution to this). They also put a very adhesive plastic on 4 pieces of the playpen. It’s very annoying to get off, and you’ll need a keen eye to find all the small pieces that didn’t come off the first time. 5) assembly is easy 6) the colours: we got the multi-color, and it’s great. However, the built-in toys are pastel blue and pink... this cannot be modified when ordering. These are too “feminine” for my son, and do not match the multi-color color scheme. This needs to be fixed to get 5-stars, IMO. 7) it’s fairly sturdy. The walls do move when my son pushes on them. Overall, it seems safe. 8) the mat, that is supposedly custom for the playpen, leaves an inch gap between it and the playpen wall, in all directions. My son loves to pull up the mat, as expected, but this detail drives me crazy. Overall, it’s great but not perfect. It’s probably the best you can buy. I’ve already suggested it to a friend, but told him to insist on being able to pay for a better courier."
